Background: Diabetic patients have risk of kidney disease. The aim this study was to assess the level renal in our population and identify associated predictive factors. Methods: It a descriptive analytical cross-sectional carried out over 5 years (January 1, 2016 December 31, 2020). All were included regardless duration diabetes having achieved at least one serum creatinine two (2) proteinuria 24 hours period three months. assessed using KDIGO 2012 classification. Results: A total 320 patient medical files retained. sex ratio M/F 1.2. average age 57.2 ± 11.8 years. Hypertension most common comorbidity (84.4%). nephropathy found 177 patients, frequency 42.8%. very significant 174 (54.4%).
